I am 38, married with five children. I enjoy working out but this past year I have seemed to plateau like never before. I have had an extremely difficult time breaking through. I am a high school football coach and I often workout with my guys, and I am tired of seeing them rocket past me in gains. I am currently on my second round of P90X and we've added the plus videos! I have been a hard core lifter for years. I usually lose a little weight when the football season starts since I am busy coaching. Then after the season I put weight back on as I lift heavy again. I tend to hit a huge wall about 5 months into my workout! I started P90X about a month ago in the midst of another plateau. Immediately I started to see results - for the first time I am beginning to see my abs. I am becoming more defined and I look forward to the next big muscle confusion phase to see even more growth!
