I am a 47 year old mother of five. They range from 24-9 years of age. My problem is that I am not over weight but need to tone my body. I am a registered nurse and boss of a PACU. I work full time Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm. My day usually begins at 4:30am and ends around 10:00pm. Currently only the nine year old resides at home but requires a lot of my time.
