I am a 32 years old, I have 2 sons (3 & 8 yrs) I am not big on bio's so I will say, I love Beachbody, its my new way of life, my mission is to get everyone I know started on these programs...because I know, it will change their life, like it has mine.

I started with Beachbody in November of 2004, 6 months after my son was born. I just hit a day where I had to make a choice, happy or unhappy, only I could change that. I started with Slim in 6, doing More...
I started with Beachbody in November of 2004, 6 months after my son was born. I just hit a day where I had to make a choice, happy or unhappy, only I could change that. I started with Slim in 6, doing 2 full rounds,losing all my baby weight plus more, then dabbled with P90, but never finished, wow did I tone up even more though, all together losing around 27 pounds. With a few workouts here and there, I finally got serious again and started Kathy Smiths PY last March. I started that program around 122 pounds. I ended up losing 10 pounds, bringing me down to 112lbs. Then summer came, and so did the weight, I failed myself and all my hard work, I gained the 10 pounds back plus 2 extra pounds. The end of summer I started Turbo Jammin. My eating has been poor through out this program so far, so I am starting fresh. I am now doing Slim Series, Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs, I am currently on week 4, I am starting to lose inches again, so the results are yet to come!! To date I am down 32 pounds since the very beginning, so over all, I have kept 90% of the weight off, and plan on being with Beachbody as long as they will have me!
