After my honorable discharge from the army, I continued on with my eating habits, which were not the healthiest. I am a U.S. Army veteren currently working to get my degree and teaching certification. After my honorable discharge from the army, I continued on with my eating habits, which were not the healthiest. The problem being that I was no longer working out everyday like I had in the military. I gained about 30 pounds within the last 3 years. I currently weigh about 229. My workout goal is to lose that 30 pounds first. After I have proven to myself that I can maintain that weight, I will shoot for my weight to be around 185 to 190. I want a body that I can be comfortable with again. I want to be able to take off my shirt in public without worrying about what people think about how I look.
