Hi! I’m Paula, working wife and mother of two beautiful young ladies (24 and 13). At the end of this month I will be excited to celebrate another birthday, and continue to be in the best shape of my life. It took the reality of being diagnosed with Lupus in October 2005 to make the connection of diet and how the body functions. So I added more veggies and fruits and walked at least 3 times a week. In January 2006, my blood work showed no signs of any abnormalities - that's the miracle of faith - but my weight had increased by
approximately 15 lbs. By the end of 2006, I was at my highest of 153lbs and a Size 10/12. Joined a gym in January 2007, but after 4 months of no weight loss I quit.

After seeing the SN6 infomercial I ordered the product, all the
while doubting if this could make a difference. I began the program on June 10th, 2007 and learnt that a proper diet is more than adding veggies and fruits and exercise is only 20% of the equation. After 2 rotations of Slim ‘N 6, 1 rotation of Slim Series Express, 2 rotations of Slim Series-Slim Training, I
have lost approximately 40 inches overall and 16lbs…down 4 sizes! Debbie delivered. I have also included workouts from Hip Hop Abs and Power90 Master Series in several of my rotations as well. I could not have accomplished any of this without discovering Beachbody’s Community Message Boards.

Chalene Extreme is my newest venture and I am loving it. My goal for summer: drop 2 sizes. Began a new round of CE (starting with the PUSH phase) on June 29th. Adding 30mins of TJ to each circuit day and utilizing the gym for a change of scenery.
