My results have been obtained by doing the P90X diet and exercise regimen. I took 90 days off from the gym to focus exclusively on P90X. I'm now back at the gym weight-lifting and alternating one week of weight-lifting with one week of P90X. It's an excellent combination. The gym has the heavier weights that are not available at home.
