My name is Cindy and I am 46 years old. I am married to a wonderful man
who is my partner, not only in life, but also in fitness. Together we have two
beautiful daughters who have journeyed with us on the road to health and
fitness. In our family, fitness has become a "package deal." We're all in this
together. We all keep each other accountable, and we're there to encourage

My story of transformation most likely begins like your own. I've always
carried a few extra pounds around and I simply didn't worry about them. And
over the years with careless eating habits and poor exercise habits, my
husband and I both found ourselves significantly overweight. Our lifestyle
was one that adapted easily to overeating and skipping exercise, and the
scales showed it. So did our clothing and our fitness level.

Then a friend told me about the Turbo Jam program and I took a chance and
ordered it. My husband started doing Turbo Jam right alongside of me and
miraculously the weight started to come off!!! We had each lost about 20
pounds doing Turbo Jam when we heard about the ChaLean Extreme test
group that Beachbody was sponsoring. It was such an exciting opportunity
for us, we couldn't pass it up. During the program, we learned to control
calories with Beachbody shakes for breakfast. The Beachbody supplements
helped us to build muscle and maintain endurance for those ChaLean
Extreme workouts. What a wonderful and life-altering experience. I
personally lost 37 more pounds by adding weight lifting to my workout
regimine, and my husband lost 39 pounds. What's more--we built some
beautiful, sleek muscles while we were burning fat.

Now, over a year after I reached my goal weight, I have maintained my weight within 3 pounds. It's so comforting to know that when I go into my closet to get clothing from last season, it will still fit! When my weight begins to creep up, I hone my diet because that's usually where the problem lies. I am continuing to utilize the Beachbody programs that helped me to shed the extra weight. I work out to the Chalean Extreme program at home and sometimes shake it up with Turbo Jam too. I'm also finding my inner athlete and have starting to exercise outdoors, doing things like biking, hiking, and stair climbing. I feel amazingly strong and powerful and I'm so very grateful to Beachbody for this transformation. If I can do it, so can YOU!!!
