st.john's, NL Hi I'm a 43 year old mother of three children(15,13,10) and I am just looking to get twenty pounds gone. I am nurse. I'm very active in martial arts, walking/running but it just doesn't want to come off. I want to be back to my 120 pounds right now I weigh a yukky 150lbs. Anyone else like this?
