I am 51 years old. I joined Team Beachbody 2 years ago and I love it. I have learned so much about healthy weight loss and fitness. My goal is to lose weight, lose fat, and be healthier than I have ever been. The fitness programs that Beachbody offers are awesome and there is a program for every age, every fitness level, and every interest.
