Colorado Springs, CO Wow, how the years fly! I'm a 38 year old male. I've been using the Power90, P90 masters and P90X for a little over 4 years. I have a busy schedule and like most people, I find myself looking for the best way to fit an exercise routine in between family, friends work and the rest of life. I travel for my job and this is the best workout I've found for someone that travels that can't Wow, how the years fly! I'm a 38 year old male. I have a busy schedule and like most people, I find myself looking for the best way to fit an exercise routine in between family, friends work and the rest of life. I travel for my job and this is the best workout I've found for someone that travels that can't depend on the hotels to have a good gym or a gym near them. With a good coach, some friendly/faithful peer pressure from some WOWY buddies and some self discipline you can be on your way!

When you hear transformation, you probably think big change. I try to take a look at it differently. Something can transform with small changes and over time, that's what is important. We won't all become hulking masses or super models, but we can lead a healthier lifestyle. It all starts for me with making a pact with myself (and my WOWY Buddies) to workout 3-5 days a week, with a bonus for me if I work out the 6th day. It doesn't matter what exercise program you are on, I've seen great results with P90 1/2. The important thing is that you get up, get out and do something everyday. You'll want to track yourself, so the WOWY Calendar is great for that! Part two for me is watching my caloric intake. Nothing drastic, nothing eliminated. Reduce. Simple math is increase caloric burn decrease caloric intake. Next step, always warm-up, always cooldown and STRETCH! I've followed these basic steps using the P90 products and I have been extremely happy with the results. The key for me was just to push play as many times a week as I could. Sometimes I didn't feel like it, but by the end of every workout I felt better and I was glad I did it. I'm looking to expand my workout selection and enjoy the even broader variety beyond the P90 series.
