I am married to my High School Sweetheart and have two grown children, a son and daughter. Our son and daughter-in-law presented twin grandsons in March of this year.

I have always been active and up until last year worked out on regular basis. I have been getting the urge to get myself into shape and the P90X was recommended by a co-worker. I decided to take the plunge and purchased the program.

I am now 30+ days into the P90X workout routines. I have been taking the advise as given in the videos to do my best and forget the rest. I am getting stronger with each workout and the running I have been doing is showing improvement each week. I started out running 2.5 miles and stopped at least 3x during the run the first week. I am now able to run this distance without stopping and have reduced my time from 24 minutes to 21 minute 30 seconds. I love the variety that P90X offers. It is never boring and the encouragement that is available is invaluable.
