Transformation Story
For over thirty years I ran 3 to 5 miles, five days a week and performed numerous stretches and weight training. For about ten years I was trainer to a group of 4 to 6 workout partners. About 8 years More...
For over thirty years I ran 3 to 5 miles, five days a week and performed numerous stretches and weight training. For about ten years I was trainer to a group of 4 to 6 workout partners. About 8 years ago I stopped weight training but continued running. Then about three years ago I had to stop running because my Achilles Tendon began fraying where it attaches to the heal, due to all of the years of pounding. I always was a heavy striker. Sure I could have continued my cardio by another means such as biking or swimming but got lazy and didn’t. Needless to say I gained about 15 pounds of fat while loosing much of my muscle mass.
The Million Dollar Body program is the best thing since popcorn for me. I am surrounded by a group of professionals dedicated to helping people like you obtain your personal goal whether that is just to regain your health and fitness or to become an online coach like me. There is no better way to get in shape yourself than to help others do the same.
