I worked as an IT consultant until early this year when the weakened economy struck home as I was let go from my position. At this time I decided to pursue my passion for fitness further and become a coach. I am here to guide, teach, listen and most importantly to motivate anyone. I came home after three years in the military in early 2004 in peak shape, and most assuredly took that for granted. the discipline and dedication to fitness began to slip more as time went by. I was in a transition point in my life trying to find my true path for a career and life in general. I began to notice I was gaining weight and losing my fitness to fast food and an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. I happened to catch a slim in six debbie siebers infomercial late one night and she was perky, ebullient and good looking so I thought why not? I received my first beach body workout in 2005, and went through a round of slim in six and was surprised how much her workouts beat me up and the true epiphany of how out of shape I had let myself become in a short year. After that I moved in and out of fitness while finding my way in my career, and eventually a roommate doing P90 hooked me on Tony Sawyer Horton! I loved the workouts and went through a cycle or two of that and was in great shape, and even began to change my eating habits. Then I got a job as an IT consultant and the travel was not at all conducive to healthy eating and or exercise and began to lose my fitness again. The real moment the permanent change began was when I was playing with my nephews, they are all quite skilled at soccer and were running circles around me and even called me fat in jest or not it had the needed effect; and I thought no way, I am not going to let myself not be able to play with my nephews and or my own kids someday. I ordered P90 X that night, and went through 2 cycles and got fantastic results. And realized the keys were combining the fitness with the nutrition and saw a change in all phases of my life. I wish to help everyone see the change I have seen and to realize their full potential also being aware we are all works in progress and there is always a "higher level" to achieve.
