Colorado Springs, CO I'm 27 and still haven't gotten to the fitness level I've always wanted! I grew up playing soccer and running track and was overall pretty fit but I can feel the "old man" belly beginning to grow. I love hiking fourteeners in Colorado and know that this program will help me in my hiking endeavors as well as give me the cut body I've always wanted.

Okay, so October has been a rough month! I was doing so well during August and September but I've slowed down...to about once a week. Arph! Full time work, class, and girlfriend take up a lot of time.
Okay, I'm back into it full swing this week (10/26).
I've been pleased with the results so far...I can see my shoulders and arms getting bigger and more defined. It's the body fat I want to lose while gaining muscle mass. I'm looking forward to being able to see my abs more!!
