After completing my first marathon in May, I realized that much of the muscle mass I had gained from training had disappeared. So I tried to counteract this with a "ineffective" nutrition strategy- Eat everything in sight! I also changed my program to more of a strength/hypertrophy routine instead of the lean/cut routines I usually did. It worked, and I gained back my strength and muscle...along with an extra 8% bodyfat! I'm now using P90x nutrition in conjunction with One-on-One with Tony Horton DVD workouts to slim back down and then begin building back lean muscle. This time, I intend to keep my sixpack even when I pack on muscle by closely monitoring my "Eat more, Eat Clean-" P90x Diet in conjunction with taking the right supplements. One's I trust.
