Hi, I'm 32 with a husband, 3 of my own children and 3 stepdaughters. I work a full time job in which I sit at a computer most of the time. That drives me crazy but the pay and benefits are really good and I like what I do. I have always been a yoyo when it comes to working out. I bought Turbo Jam over a year ago and the results were fantastic. Since then I have completed a round of Ten Minute Trainer and most recently purchased Power 90. I haven't completed an entire round I can see the results already. The Beachbody programs and community forums have really helped me to succeed!

In numbers it really doesn't seem like much of a change. But my clothes tell a different story. For the last 30 days I have changed my diet and started the ChaLEAN Extreme program. I am 32 and I am the same size now as I was when I in high school. During the first week I could already feel a difference in the energy I had. Today, I pop up out of bed ready to run! My fat jeans no longer fit at all and my skinny jeans fit just about right! I can't wait to come back to post an even better more fit picture of myself. In 30 more days I plan to post my "hot mama" picture! I may not have wash board abs, but I'll be close! I can't praise this program enough! I love Chalean's energy and now I have it too! She has put together the best weight program I have ever tried!
