I didn't the first time through but I definately have gotten better and now love this workout.
Diet was ok today didn't get to eat breakfast until More... 11/19/09 Shoulders and Arms/Ab ripperx done! I like this workout. Ab ripper was better today then mon. but Mason twist was killer. 11/17/09 Day 2 plyoX Done. Really went hard this morning. Heart rate monitor says 1503 calories burnt in 1:09 hours. Avg HR 155 max 188 thats the highest it has ever been.WOW.
