I was always into working out and going to the gym. Then Life got into the way. I got hired on the fire department and was young. SO going out every night and fast food really took its toll. I got married and me and my wife had 2 kids and I ended up gaining 30lbs.in the first 13 yrs with the fire dept.

I was active all my life but also a Fast food junkie, but after I got married and had kids I let my self go. I tried the fad diets and I lost alot of weight but I ended up gaining it all back because of the food I was eating. I went to a funeral in my dress uniform and I was mortified that it was tight and hard to button. I knew it was time to do something about it. I saw the infomercial about P90X and was willing to give it a go. I looked online and read about it, then looked at the test and figured there was no way I could do it. So I bought the power 90 DVD's first with the thought of doing P90X after. As of now I'm on day 64 and am happy with the results so far. Can't wait to ee the end results.

Shoulders and Arms/Ab ripperx done!  I like this workout. Ab ripper was better today then mon. but Mason twist was killer.
