Here is how to do it: 1) Become a Client by signing up at www.BusyBeachBody.com and clicking JOIN and you have a few choices because we have 3 levels of membership which are the following:
a)Join the BeachBody Community for free and play The Million Dollar Body Game where you can win $1000 or more just for working out (how's that for incentive)
b)Join the BeachBody Club and receive %10 off the Fitness programs and products (Highly Recommended) plus so many other benefits.
c)Join as a BeachBody Coach (like me) and receive %25 off your Fitness programs and products and many, many more benefits that come with being a BeachBody Coach.
2) Pick a Beachbody Fitness Product that is right for your goals and lifestyle.
3) Focus on your nutrition, eat as clean as possible by following the what BeachBody suggests you eat with the Nutrition Guides, Michi's Ladder, Thin Kitchen and others that come with your programs.
4) Choose the correct supplements to achieve your goals!

I used to be a fitness buff in my teens and twenties and I hit 30 and I hurt myself and I was out for 4 months in physical therapy and after that I just seemed to slowly let my self go. I kept telling my self "I'll start on Monday" and the Mondays kept adding up. I went from weighing 175 lbs, 7% body fat to blowing up to 225 pounds and just plain lazy as far as working out was concerned. I was slowly getting back on track until I found BeachBody (or BeachBody found me) and the results have been amazing. From the first workout I knew I had stumbled upon something new and exciting. My story is in the making and I will be helping others start their own transformation stories as well.
