Exercise has always been a part of my life. However, I love to eat and sometimes stress & eating would add a roller coaster of pounds to my body. I didn't start to really force myself to stop the addictions until my father passed away due to complications with diabetes. This was a wake-up call for me to get serious, drop the extra pounds, and take extreme care of my body.

I have always been a die hard exercise video addict. For years, I have gathered quite a collection. With the discovery of Beach Body and programs such as P90X and Chalean Extreme, the results have been incredible. I have mixed up my routines at the gym and at home but now I am getting the lean body I have always dreamed of having. Not to mention the incredible addrenal high you get from lifting and doing these workouts.
