I have been a career Paramedic for the past 23 years. I graduated from college to go into the Information Technology Field in August of 2008, hopefully I will find employment doing that sometime soon. I love music and play the drums, love to watch movies with my wife and try to enjoy life as much as I can. I am a P90X and Insanity grad, and I am currently doing round 2 of the Insanity Program. I became a Beachbody Coach in 2008 and have one simple goal and that is to help others. I am also a believer in the programs available from Beachbody, they work I am proof. No matter what age you are young, middle age, or approaching the later years in life it's never to late to take care of yourself. Find yourself a Beachbody Program and get started and if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to give me a shout I will do whatever I can to answer any question and help put you on the right track to a better life!

My fitness story started at the age of 37, I stood in the mirror one day and did not like what I saw. I hated having my picture taken or seeing myself on video, I was 230 pounds in size 38 jeans, pushing size 40, the many years of eating on the fly because of my job were showing. I needed to do something because middle age was fast approaching. I started off easy by walking and using resistance bands and an exercise program from Gofit. After about 6 months I plateaued with the bands and the Gofit program. I moved onto a Total Gym and walking outdoors or on a treadmill for three miles, the weight started really coming off. I then moved onto a Weider Platinum Plus and started running the three miles, I was down to about 185 pounds but wasn't achieving the results that I wanted. Then I found P90X at the tail end of 39. It became clear to me that the reason I wasn't getting the results I wanted was all linked to diet, P90X showed me how to get over that hurdle. Today I am down to 175 pounds and in size 32 jeans which I wore clear back in high school. Fitness I have found really is contagious once you start there is no going back, people have noticed the changes in my life and my body and have asked what have I done and can you help get me going in the right direction so that I may experience positive changes too. I never turn anyone away in fact I am teaching friends and co-workers Yoga on a weekly basis. P90X has been a life changer for me, now I can't wait to see what Insanity does for me, it's true what they say, it's not just a workout program it's a lifestyle.
