I have always been pretty active playing Baseball, Football and lifting Weights through High School. In college I maintained my weight working out a bunch and working construction. Afterwords though I started a desk Job and got Married. I shot up from 165 to about 240. Granted I did gain muscle as well, that was not the majority of it. I picked up a copy of P90X last year and did it for a little bit and lost a little weight. In feb I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to do something about it. I started Feb 18th and by May 13 I lost 30 pounds and 10% Body fat. 6" around my stomach and over 19" over all. I am starting another round to hopefully drop another 15 pounds and get the abs out and showing before the end of summer.
