I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 1999 when I started teaching Turbo Kick®. After working at a national gym, I was recruited by Chalene Johnson to work for Powder Blue Productions where I am Director of IT and an Area Promotions Director. I’ve had the honor of being in several Turbo Hello I’m Lana and I’m an independent Beachbody Coach. I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals!

I’ve had the honor of being in several Turbo Kick® and PiYo™ instructor training DVD’s and love my job. During the course of my career I earned my personal training certifications from AFAA and ACE. In addition, I’ve been trained in Pilates, Yoga, indoor cycling and I’m constantly seeking more knowledge. I thrive on helping people achieve their fitness goals.

I’ve been in one or more of these categories during my lifetime. That is why I love Beachbody’s home workout concept.
I started working out at home using a Calenetics book in high school. When I went to college I took tons of fitness classes and then joined a gym. I felt drawn to the group exercise classes because I didn’t really have to figure out what to do. It was so fun to have a bunch of like minded souls around me, just like at Beachbody. Eventually the teaching bug got me and the rest is history.
Teaching group exercise, personal training, working fulltime, having several independent business ventures, and a family is a recipe for a very hectic schedule. In order for me to be able to get my own workouts in, I either have to go to the gym at a crazy hour or workout at home. I choose home. Beachbody has the best workouts and online tools around for this. I love it and meet the best people from all over the country.
