I Started out at Christmas 2008 weighing 250lbs and my 44's were tight. I lost 5 lbs from Christmas to February 16th. then I used slim and 6 (diet and exercise)and hit my goal of 200, stayed at 195 to 198 for about 6 months and started getting lazy. After doing Hip Hop ABS for a while I got bored, so I did P90X & it's AWESOME!
