I'm 40-yrs old and living a healthy lifestyle in Cambridge, Massachusetts, grounded in fitness and athletics. My workouts focus on core, ab's and yoga. I believe strongly in a healthy diet and am always amazed at the incredible potential of the human body. I completed the Boston Marathon in 2004 and learned a great deal about commitment to training and the importance of a proper diet.

P90X really "hits it on the head" with both diet and training. I completed the Classic P90X schedule and have lost 33lbs, currently ripped at 189lbs, which was my goal and I hit it easily with P90X, but of course had to BRING IT, but then again that is where you find the most satisfaction.
I continue with the P90X Classic workouts and mix-in a variety of cardio workouts and weekly Yoga classes.

As a result of working too many hours in the office and not getting enough exercise, together with a poor diet my weight went up to an all-time high of 222 lbs, and I couldn't fit into my blue jeans. More...
As a result of working too many hours in the office and not getting enough exercise, together with a poor diet my weight went up to an all-time high of 222 lbs, and I couldn't fit into my blue jeans. I had to move up to size 38" waist pants. This was simply unacceptable for me, not to mention not healthy or comfortable quite frankly. I also had low energy and motivation to get around for vigorous activities. I needed to change things, and do it quickly and effectively with a long term plan of fitness and health. My brother (bearcatbob) had just completed his first round of P90X and was RIPPED - I was amazed and very impressed so I did some research (with his assistance) and decided that I was going to do P90X too, as the results on my brother were "REAL".
I worked very hard and never missed a workout as I pumped through Classic P90X and lost 22 lbs in the process. P90X is a complete workout that constantly confuses your muscles, hitting them at all angles. This together with the P90X diet does the trick - it did it for my brother and it did it for me. I have tons of energy and as fit as I've ever been in my life. THANK YOU Beachbody, thank you Tony Horton for putting together the P90X workouts !!
