I am 39 years old, am happily married , and have 4 busy children. My boys are 19, 16, and 11 years old. My youngest child is a beautiful 4 year old daughter that we adopted from Guatemala at the age of 2 years old. I also work part-time as a nurse in Labor & Delivery, which was always a dream of mine. I had let the excuse of being too busy lead me into a sedentary lifestyle over the last several years. Refocusing on my health and fitness has changed the way I look but, more important, the way I feel. Being a coach for Beachbody is a great opportunity to improve the health of my family, friends, and the community I live in. Fitness and health is something I grow more passionate about each day, as I see what it does for me and those lives it changes. I believe that everyone can transform their life, and truly enjoy that new way of living. I am so grateful to be a part of helping others achieve long awaited goals!

I recently completed my second round of Chalean Extreme, first time with hubby and second with buddies! I have had better results than I ever really imagined! While I may not have needed to lose lots in the way of pounds, I seriously needed some body toning and strengthening. I really feel good about myself and my ability to achieve my goals. In addidtion to losing 11.5 pounds, 12.75 inches, and gaining self confidence; I no longer have the chronic pain that I woke up with every day in my back, neck, and shoulders! When you find a program that truly works AND is fun, changes happen!
