So I started P90X back in January 09 and I loved everything but Yoga. I'm not a very limber person so I really need to focus on Yoga more in round 2. So for the first 60 days I followed absolutely More...
So I started P90X back in January 09 and I loved everything but Yoga. I'm not a very limber person so I really need to focus on Yoga more in round 2. So for the first 60 days I followed absolutely no eating plan at all, I just hammered the workouts as hard as I could. My coach asked me for my diet so I sent him what I had been eating and he almost reached through the phone and grabbed me. He met me at Trader Joes and showed me how to shop and how to eat so for the last 30 days of P90X I ate as clean as I could and the picture proves it. I'm excited that I finally know how to eat clean and eat right. I can't wait until I drop more body fat. I do have to give my coach Mike Ryan a big THANK YOU considering he introduced me to P90X!
