My Photos | crasher Newhall, CA Welcome to my Beachbody Coaching Page! I am a 36 year old motorsports freak who enjoys being active. But up until a couple of years ago, that didn’t necessarily mean that I WAS very active. Sure, I’ve always had a lot of meetings and dinners to attend in my line of work, and I travel like crazy, but even though I’ve found ways to stay busy, I wasn’t really an active person. Sure, I’ve always had a lot of meetings and dinners to attend in my line of work, and I travel like crazy, but even though I’ve found ways to stay busy, I wasn’t really an active person. Does that make sense? Basically, my ‘good’ eating had dwindled and I had found a few excuses to miss workouts here and there, so overall, health was beginning to suffer and I needed to do something about it! When I first moved to Los Angeles in ’99, I stumbled across an infomercial for 3 workout videos that were only 10 minutes each, of which each video targeted a different part of the body. I figured, if I could squeeze in 10 minutes here and there, then I’d be on to Step 1 of keeping myself in decent shape. I loved the videos (Great Body Guaranteed Series) and used them every once in a while, but since I was still in my mid 20’s, workouts weren’t as much of a priority as they have become for me now. But those videos introduced me to the Beachbody family and I have been hooked ever since. A few years passed and I purchased the Slim in 6 workout series. I used it religiously in 2007 and followed the Slim Down Meal Plan on the Beachbody website and had incredible results! In just those 6 weeks, I conquered all of my goals, gained energy, fit back into my clothes and felt soooo good! I’m now doing ChaLEAN Extreme and loving it, too… boy she kicks our butts in her workouts, but they absolutely, positively do work! In the years that I have been a general member of Team Beachbody, I have learned a lot about fitness and diet and most importantly how to implement easy strategies into my lifestyle both at home and on the road. I have gained a lot of respect for Beachbody while watching it grow from afar, and I can’t wait to introduce others to their system! The system has worked for me in many ways, so I can certainly tell you from experience that it can indeed work for you, too! If you want to learn how to be more healthy and fit, while having fun and doing so with a large group of people just like you, then you have found the right site to work/play with!! Team Beachbody is a GREAT place to workout, be accountable for your fitness strategies and learn about fitness and nutrition. From another Coach on Beachbody, I thought I would copy a few pointers here as they are good for you to know, in the event you are not aware of them just yet: 1. When you sign up to WOWY (Work Out With You), the online SuperGym, for FREE, you have the chance of winning money every day… just for logging your workouts on the site! So be sure to log in before each workout daily. 2. ANYONE at ANY LEVEL of fitness can do these programs and get AMAZING results! Now my $0.02… I’ve met people on this site who have had NO experience to people who are actual trainers themselves and in each and every case, people have achieved their goals, whether it was to lose weight, tone up, eat better, find more energy or just plain feel better! 3. The exercise programs simulate having a personal trainer in your own home with you, teaching you what to do, and how to do it, in the least amount of time possible! You get to exercise with some fun music, some crazy fun trainers, as well as have access to all the tools for how to learn to EAT HEALTHY; including recipes, menus, and grocery lists to print out and shop with (when you join the Team Beachbody CLUB). All of this from the privacy of your own home!!!! 4. If you have a desire to HELP other people find the answer to getting healthy & fit just like I have, and desire to be a part of the program from the Coaching perspective as well - you too can help cheer others on by signing up to be someone else’s Coach and support system! So far so good! In 2007 I had incredible results with Slim in 6 & healthier eating, but then my travel schedule got in the way again… I worked out out relatively well in 2008, but am back on a serious mission, this time for good, in 2009! In May, I started ChaLEAN Extreme and have absolutely LOVED it… I’ve been able to take it on the road with me and stick to the program almost 100% (hey, none of us are perfect ;-) My goal has been to tone up and eat better, and so far I am seeing results in my toning. Also my clothes are beginning to fit a little bit better, so I know it is working! I could work on my eating habits a bit more, tho, so that is the next goal… 6 weeks down and 6 to go with ChaLEAN… stay tuned! ;-)
