Did Power 90 in 2001, lost 45 lbs. There was no follow up to P90 for quite some time after I finished the program and the excercises I was doing started to become boring. Then I started a business, had a small injury and got side tracked from keeping fit. Did p90 and a few other programs from time to time but never fully commited. Now I am back and ready to make the full committment. Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs have been two great programs causing the pounds nad inches to melt away!
