I am the mother of two and work 50 to 70 hours a week. Over the last several years I have gained a lot of weight and developed arthritis. I am in need of cutting this weight and get back to where I should be. I now weigh 171 pounds (what I delivered my 1st born at 17 years ago)! I want to get into shape now so I can keep up with my very active 8 yr old "tom-boy". She is constantly on the go from daylight till well past dark especially in the summer! I want to take her hiking, camping, horseback riding and etc. I would like to see my "true" boody again. I'm not getting any younger and I need to get my body back. I have quit smoking since 11/1/07 so I am on my way...... I know if I can do it then anyone can!
I have slacked off over the last few months due to some health issues and my numbers have shown it! I have more of my health back under control and a new lease on life. I am back to clean eating and pushing play everyday! Join me as we will transform our bodies together and get healthier doing it!
