I am a funny, active, friendly person with a weight problem. I have tried everything I could think of but nothing worked 4 long I always gain he weight back after loosing it, but now not only I have found something good, fun, and symple but very important and something that has change my life style completetly.

well I have stared working out 1hr a day 5 times a week sometimes 6days, eat 6 times a day instead of 3 wich consist of 3 meals and 3 snacks, I include turbo jam, Hip Hop Abs and boot camp videos to my work out and go lane swim every other day. so far is been a 60 days and I already lost 12lb. I think is better than nothing, but I can't wait to get to my 90 day goal and then I will start a another 90day program with Hip Hop Abs level 2. I will let u guys when I start that...
