My name is Michael and I live in so Cal. with my wife, Angie, my adult son Sean, and my grade school son Will. I am an IT Business Systems Analyst so much of my time is spent at my desk or sitting in meetings. I previously used Power 90 to increase my aerobic exercise and strengthen my muscles and I lost 20 pounds. I have also used Slim in 6 to tone and provide a change of pace. I am currently

I am currently attempting to lose a little more weight and get stronger and develop more energy so I am back on Tony Horton's Power90 program. I am looking forward to improving my physique.
