I Don't really have to much to say. I am 23F.. I saw and infomercial online for power 90. I decided to buy it because I am in a wedding in a few months and need to do some serious shaping up. My fear is to look like the Kool-aid guy walking down the isle because the dress I have to wear is red. "Oh Yeah" is all that comes to mind. I have really low self esteem and hope that along with a more healthier me will come a more potive me. I am on my 13th day of Power 90 and it is amazing to see myself becoming stronger day by day. I started out great eating healthy, but can feel myself beginning to slip. I have to push through this low point and keep going. Please don't expect me to put up any pictures. In addition low self esteem, I am really shy. I feel that all that would come out of it (putting up pics) would be someone I know seeing me online and making fun of me. Aside from the "Red" wedding dress dilemma that is another one of me fears... being made fun of. Well now that you probably thing I am crazy person I guess I can tell you some of the good things about me. I am a really good person....and kinda funny when I am finally able to open up to people. I put up a wall and don't know why. I hate that about myself. I think I do it because I feel that if I keep to myself then people won't have a reason to judge me......I can't believe that just came out of my mouth, but it is the truth and I don't know how to change. Ok....well that was a few weeks ago and pretty depressing I might add. Although most of the things I said are true I am not always negative. I am actually very proud of myself because tomorrow is my 30 days and I am still going strong. In fact I did post a few pictures on my thread. please have a look if you would like. I am taking my time with the power 90 program, but like anything I am anxious to see my 90 day results. I already have plans to keep on pusing play after the 90 days because I am becoming hooked rather quickly. Well that's enough rambaling on for today.
