Hi everyone! I wanted 50 to be my "nifty fifty" not my "icky fifty." I first purchase HHA almost 1-1/2 years ago with big plans. I did very well at first, then I got away from it. Now I'm 51 and almost half way to 52. Over the past 6 months I've been seriously modifying my eating because my husband has been on a doctor-supervised diet in anticipation of bariatric surgery in a few more weeks.

This is my 3rd run at the HHA program. My husband has been under a doctor-supervised diet program for several months now because he has to have bariatric surgery. I've lost 15 lbs during this time just by changing our eating habits. But I need to loose MORE and tighten up the "soft stuff." Overall I want to improve my health!
