I have always been on the thin side. When I first started lifting weights I transformed from thin to toned and in shape. This was years ago. I have since then had two boys and of course I am older.I More...
I have always been on the thin side. When I first started lifting weights I transformed from thin to toned and in shape. This was years ago. I have since then had two boys and of course I am older.I also have Hypothyroidism and that is challengeing as well. I decided to change my before picture to be during the pregnancy stage of my life. This was when I weighed the most and had to work hard to get the weight off, I usually did it in about 2 weeks. That is by eating healthy, of course getting my body back in shape took a little longer, That is why I always tell people it isn't only about losing weight it is about being healthy. I believe Each person knows what being healthy means to them, may it be being thinner or just having more energy. For me it is not about perfection, it is about being the best I can be. It is about being a great example to my children and family and the people that I meet each day. I have seen a great difference in my body from eating clean and exercising. I also use the Beachbody supplements and I love them. I love to teach Turbo Kick, it gives me wonderful energy to keep up with my kids,and great looking abs. I started doing the P90X program and have seen my body changing even more. Wow is my body working! My body fat has dropped and my muscles are showing so much more. This is very motivating. I have many different forms of exercise that I enjoy doing and they help keep me on track, from Turbo kick to P90X to Pilates and boxing. I am very excited to help you and would love to share with you how you too can reach your goals! I will keep going and I will keep sharing and I will keep asking you to do the same. Share with others the life that has been given to you by taking care of yourself through eating clean and finding some exercise that you enjoy and as people see your changes they will want to start and share too. It is a wonderful thing! Pass on the passion!
