I am a high school biology teacher and football coach. I have always been involved in athletics, and played football through college, although my time was limited due to a number of injuries. I was always a gym rat, but when I had kids (Ariana - 4, Kiara - 2) I couldn't find the time to workout. I am so excited that I've rediscovered BeachBody

I would first like to say that I can't believe I found this opportunity! I first started using BeachBody in 2004, with Power90. I was probably in the best shape of my life, and I had played football in college. Having that athletic background (and I was a gymrat in college) I soon went to the gym, to use heavier weights. I used many of the principles that Tony Horton uses, and everything was going great. Then I had kids, and the time seemed to disappear. Not only that, I began teaching high school, and coaching football. I would often try to get back into the habit, but would not have the accountability to stick with it, given my time constraints. I even got P90X, something new, to try to keep me interested. I was lifting in my school's weight room, but started looking at the P90X book to use those workouts. Two days later I received an email about Team Beachbody's Coaching Opportunity. I cannot wait to get back on track! update: I started using my daughters as weights. They love sitting on my back while I do pushups, and I will hold the while doing squats, etc.
