I am Danielle, 24 years old and have always been overweight. I do not have a high metabolism and random bouts of eating right and eating bad have kept me around 150-160lbs. The smallest I have ever been was 135lbs, however that was due to me not eating for a while and I immediately gained it all back (if not more). I am 5'3", so my goal is to get down to 115-125lbs or so.
