But I am winning the battle and I am determined to win the war! I want to spend the rest of my life as healthy as I can be and to be the best role model for my son and everyone else around me to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.

My story has been somewhat slow starting out, but just recently it has really started to take off, and is attributed to many things. Last summer I decided to make some changes in my life, the first of which was to get back in school. After that was going and I felt like I had more direction in my life I began to worry about having the energy to maintain my new busier lifestyle of working full time, going to school and still not being too busy or too tired to be a dad. I have a 9 1/2 year old son and he is very active. Keeping up with him is a full time job in itself without any of those other things. In April 2009 I began using P90X and became what I call a part time Xer. I worked out whenever I could fit it into my busy schedule which was typically 2-3 times a week. By the time August rolled around I had lost about 50 pounds and 3 pants sizes. I also had a bunch of people asking me what I was doing and that I looked great, etc. That got me thinking that maybe it was time to start working full time at it and really see what I could do. So I took August as sort of a rest and reset month and just started my second round of P90X in September doing it 6 days a week. I have maintained it so far with A LOT of help by planning my workouts and using WOWY every time. I did not have a coach nor did I even know about the wonderful world that Beachbody had created online for people to use. I just signed up as a coach and I can't wait to help as many people as I can work out and get fit. Just think; if I could do what I did by myself and lose as much as I did, imagine what I could have done with that extra motivator of a coach in the background cheering me on. Let me be your extra motivator or "CHEERLEADER" as it were and help you get on the path to a new and healthier you. Just so you know I will not be wearing a cheerleader outfit, so there should be nothing to worry about.
