I was never the "thin" girl growing up. I've always had a bad self image of myself from as far back as I can remember. Well, I first purchased Power 90 around 2001. I had gained 100 lbs. with my first pregnancy and had to do something about it. Recently divorced and very depressed, watching tv late one night I saw the infomercial for P90 and decided to get it. I ended up loving it and loved working out with Tony. I lost about 40 lbs. Then a few years later I saw the infomercial for Slim-n-6 and since I had great results with P90 I bought the Sn6, and had awesome results with it. I got down to 165lbs. and I am 5'7 so since I am pretty tall that was a perfect weight for me. Well then I met my husband and I ended up pregnant, and of course with my second pregnancy I gained an obscene amount of weight. The day I went to the hospital to deliver I weighed in at 297lb.(YIKES!!) So I was back to square one. Well my son will be a year old on the 29th of Dec 2005. and I have lost 87lb.(YIPPEE!!!)which I lost doing P90 & Sn6. I am down to 210lb. With a goal of reaching 160-165lb. and i know i will reach that goal with the Beachbody products. I just recently bought Turbo Jam and I am now doing it everyday and i am loving it. It is so much fun and energetic. When you hear the music and see Chalene grooving you cant help but get up and groove with her. I currently have all the Sn6 programs, all of the P90 programs(minus the X+), the first set of the HHA, the LIVE set of YBB, all of the TJ wo, the GBG vids and the first set of the TMT vids. and I LOVE them ALL!!! I don't know what I would do if I would have never discovered Beachbody many years ago nor would I know what to do without Beachbody today. I know that I could not have done this without Beachbody. I have recently joined WOWY and I love it. It really helps knowing that someone is working out with you. I tell everyone who asks me how have I lost the weight I have lost so far and I tell them that I lost it with the help of Beachbody.com. Thank you Beachbody!!! UPDATE!!!!it's Jan 3, 2008 and last month on Dec 23,2007 I weighed in at 193.2!!!!that makes my over all weight loss so far 104 lbs!!!! and still counting. I do monthly challenges over on the TURBO ADDICTS thread. come by and lend your love and support for all the TA's over there. AWESOME bunch of peeps working out and dropping lb's like crazy :) SO, till then EAT CLEAN and PUSH PLAY :)!!!!!!!! I have had to overcome so much to get me here. I struggle with eating everyday. Food IS my downfall!! I am one of those people who just like to eat, I just like food. I use to think the only way I would ever lose weight would be to binge on everything I could eat at once and then go purge to "get rid of it". I had abused laxatives in order to just try and lose a few lbs. I use to think that was the only I would ever be able to lose weight and keep it off. that is UNTIL BB came into my life!! with the help of the BB programs and the message boards I have come to learn that the ONLY way to lose weight AND keep it off is to EAT RIGHT and WORKOUT!!! I have meet so many amazing people on the boards and have read so many inspirational and motivating success stories. I truly believe that eating is 80% of the battle and the other 20% is the exercise. I don't even want to think of were I would be if it wasn't for Beachbody!! Because I know I would still be pushing 300 lbs and so miserable. BUT INSTEAD I am at 188 lbs and living a life full of energy and motivation. I have definition in MY ARMS!! I mean come on how awesome is that!! I mean I actually WANT to go outside and run with my kids and play catch and do all the things that I would never be able to do before I lost 109 lbs. My plans for the future are to become a MBD coach and also to become Turbo Kick certified so I can share with others the joy in fitness. because fitness doesn't have to be boring or something that you dread. Fitness and exercise should be fun and something you look forward to do. That when you wake up in the morning or get home in the evening you say " Hey, I WANT TO WORKOUT!!!" I would love to have the opportunity to help others take their fitness dreams and turn them into reality!! I still have about 25-30 lbs to go before I weigh 160-165 lbs, which is my goal weight. And there is NO doubt in my mind whatsoever that I WILL get there!!! I WILL conquer my battle will weight loss and I WILL do that with BEACHBODY!!!! Thank you again Beachbody for helping me find the REAL ME and discovering a life full of health, fitness and happiness!!!! ALSO, a big THANKS to my AMAZING BB family!!!!! I could not have made it this far without the support and motivation that they have all given to me!!
