I joined Beachbody in July 2004 and have had the most positive experience ever with any work out program I've tried. Giving and receiving encouragement and support and exchanging ideas with everyone on the message boards was huge factor in the successes I've had. WOWY is without a doubt, also an invaluable tool!!! It's great to actually SEE others working out with you and knowing that they are sweatin' just as much as you are right at that moment!
I started with Slim in 6 and couldn't believe the difference I actually saw and the changes I was able to make in such a short time. I actually MET my goals!! I went on to Power 90 in September and enjoyed that as well. I only made it through about 75% of the program due to health and personal set backs. However, I still 'pushed play' occasionally with Debbie and Tony to keep active.
YogaBootyBallet was a great change of pace and seemed fitting since I love to dance!

And then, finally...along came Chalene and TURBO JAM!!! I felt like I hit the jackpot when I got this program! It's fantastic and has been, hands down, the best fit for me so far!

If you're still debating on whether or not to give these programs a try....well, I say, GO FOR IT! You've got NOTHING to lose but lbs and inches!!!
