I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week and when I am home I do Ab workouts either to MDB videos or while watching television. I have cut out all breads and artificial sugars in my diet. If I am dying More...
I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week and when I am home I do Ab workouts either to MDB videos or while watching television. I have cut out all breads and artificial sugars in my diet. If I am dying for sweets then I turn to Jello Sugar-Free Pudding (which is great by the way!!). I often times will replace dinner with a meal replacement shake or if I have dinner plans then I replace lunch with a meal replacement shake. I try to eat a lot of protein, and make sure that I eat a substantial amount of veggies as well. I avoid my weakness foods all together, knowing that if I eat a little then I will lose my willpower and eat it all.
