I have just started the P90X Fitness Program. I have completely the fit test and know where I am at this point. I am beginning the P90X Lean program tonight with the intent to complete the P90X Classic program during the second 90-day phase.

What I need - to lose body fat and work to become more lean prior to beginning the rigors of the full Classic workout.

Diet - Yesterday, my wife and I performed a cleansing exercise that was desperately needed in my house - we got rid of all the JUNK!!!! We used the P90X nutrional guide to shop for healthy food options and snacks. I need a lifestyle change and I started that journey yesterday.

I will continue to track my progress through the first 90-day program and let everyone know how I'm doing.
