Hello my name is Deanna I am a 41 single mother of two daughters ages 18 and 16. As a nurse I strive to help others. I have just started getting real serious about fitness and have been working hard to reach all my goals. Fitness to me is a way of life and its the beginning of my life. I have worked out off and on for the past 9 yrs, not ever accomplishing what i set out to do. The I turned 40 and thought what am I doing with my life. It was time to take charge and control of my body and my life. So I started working out and eating right, and even though I may have a bad day once in awhile, I always get back on track. I am down 20lbs right now, still have 40 more to go. But with determination and motivation I will continue on this transformation journey.
