Wow. I'm finally doing it.

I've had this program for over a year - but things kept 'coming up.' Looking back, I'd say these 'things' were valid distractions from getting insanely fit - tearing 3 of the 4 ligaments in my right knee, a fight with a rare form of Leukemia... you know - "little" things.

While I don't mean to make light of them, this transformation is important to me BECAUSE of them. I've decided that P90X will be a program that I complete in spite of the tens of distractions everyone seems to use - not one I 'wanted' to complete but couldn't because of them.

So here is the start -- for the 3rd time... but this one sticks. It will definitely stick.

Well, Week 1 is complete, and I have to say that I am looking forward to each and every workout.  Kenpo X and X Stretch were great ends to the week... and I'm looking forward to starting over More...

Three days in... and all is going well.  This isn't my first time through the workouts, but I can say that Side Tri Rises are still the devil.  Love the burn, love the pump.... Working on More...
