I am recently married and very happy. I have found my prince. I have two grown daughters and 3 grandchildren. I have always enjoyed exercise and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My mother is 200 lbs., has high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I am determined to keep myself and my husband healthy. I am going to be 48 next month and I can still wear a bikini and I am pretty proud of I am recently married and very happy. I have found my prince. I have two grown daughters and 3 grandchildren. I am going to be 48 next month and I can still wear a bikini and I am pretty proud of myself but I have room for improvement. I work in retail and am on my feet all day and throw freight too so it is important for me to stay strong so I don't destroy my back or knees. I have been at it for 23 years now. Half of my life. I hope to enjoy a active and healthy retirement and I have a few years to go for that. So I am here and hope to enjoy a good support team and help support others as well. Approximately 23 years ago I was diagnosed with the Epstein Barr virus and it was causing my terrible Chronic fatigue. I also was told that I was hypo-thyroid. Fortunately I had a wonderful doctor who encouraged me to cut fats and sugars from my diet and to do 20 minutes of some kind of exercise. Even if I had to drag myself out of bed and just stretch. With this advice I beat 2 flair ups in 4 months and was told they would last six months to 2 years. I am a true believer in the importance of nutrition and exercise. I now have completed one round of P90X, I have done Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, and am in my last month of Chalean Extreme. My fibro myalgia (symptom of CFS) and fatigue are manageable and I feel stronger now that I have in a long time. I hope I can help others realize the freedom from feeling defeated by illness by being an example as how we can defeat some illnesses.

I have done Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs and Rockin' Body. I have completed one round of P90X and am almost done with Chalean Extreme. I am addicted. I feel stronger that I have in years. and I am going to be 48. I have recently added a Shakeology drink to my day and it is filling and it is very satisfying. I recently signed up to be a coach since I have tried many of the products and believe in them. Hope to help others realize the success through exercise that I have achieved.
