My name is Denise Lauber and I live in SE Pennsylvania. I
started P90x with my husband John. We have 2 wonderful
children who keep us very busy when we're not working. P90X has helped me transform my body and gives me lots of enery. It has also helped to reduced the meds dose needed to keep my blood pressure under control.

Transformation Story

My transformation numbers may be small by some standards.
Five years ago I was diagnosed with Hypertension 2, my
numbers were unbelievably high for somebody my age, size (5'
2") and More...

My transformation numbers may be small by some standards.
Five years ago I was diagnosed with Hypertension 2, my
numbers were unbelievably high for somebody my age, size (5'
2") and weight 125, pre-P90X. My high blood pressure is due
to genetics and part stress. I started P90X in September of
2007 with my husband. We had great results and by September
of 2008 I was able to reduce the dose of my blood pressure
medicine. I may never be able to get rid of the blood
pressure medication, but with diet and exercise I can
control it and limit the medicine I take daily.
