Hi,

My name is Dennis Hart. an Independent Million dollar Body Coach and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I've worked the past 9 yrs. as Counselor for an Employee Assistance Program and am now in private practice. One of my roles with the EAP was been working with clients as a health coach and parent coach. I really enjoyed the experience of helping others identify their strengths and tackle the challenges which life had thrown at them. It's so inspiring to see people really embrace life and make healthy life changes! In private practice, I've continued seeing clients for health coaching and share my P90X experience with everyone I can! I stumbled across a P90X infomercial one day while channel surfing and was intrigued by the program. Further "research" into P90X led me to the Million Dollar Body program and it seemed like such a natural extension of what I've already been doing, that I couldn't pass up the opportunity! Now that I've been using P90X for the past 150 days and seeing the benefits of this awesome program first hand, I'm even more excited about the opportunity to reach a level of fitness I never thought possible for myself and to help others on their journey to do the same! With the new year right around the corner, now is the time to make a commitment to yourself and your health!

Transformation Story

Hi everyone! I've finished my first round of P90X and am midway through round two. I've been able to modify the program to remain consistent with my goals, which is another one of the things I love about P90X! My overall cholesterol is down to 119 and my bad cholesterol is down from 120 in July 2007 to 46! I've taken medication to control my cholesterol for the past couple years and while it had improved over time, it had stayed in the low 200's. I can't prove that the dramatic change is solely due to P90x, but it's really made a believer out of me! Not only do I feel better and look better than anytime in the past 20 yrs., I can now honestly say I've never been as healthy overall. Thanks P90X!
