I have been finding it hard to spend the time I used to working out, and thus my physical appearance has suffered. I have never been fully satisfied with my body though, so I am here to get in shape. I have been involved with Beach Body for 8 months now and I've never felt better. To date I have lost 60-65 lbs and am still pushing play! I has been a hard road, but one well worth the effort.
I have always had sports or activities to push me to lift weight and do a little bit of cardio. But along with that came some very bad eating habits. I was always a big kid/guy who worked out (lifted weights) and ate whatever I wanted. After college the workouts slowed but the eating stayed the same. I knew I was gaining weight, but I didn't really think that I was doing "that" bad. Well, one day I caught a looka t myself in the mirror while I wasnt worrying about "sucking in" and I was shocked. I couldn't believe I had let myself go like that. I was up to 307 lbs!
Almos tthe next day I ordered Power 90 and have since graduated to P90X. I love the shape I'm getting into and have never felt better! I am not quite where I want to be yet, but I'll get there.
