Transformation Story

My success story is a little different than most people. My story is not so
much about weight loss as it is about overall improvement in my health. I had
always been on the thin side and More...
My success story is a little different than most people. My story is not so
much about weight loss as it is about overall improvement in my health. I had
always been on the thin side and felt pretty good when I was growing up.
After I had my 3 wonderful kids, I started to put on a little weight. Before I
knew it, I was up to 136 lbs and a size 10. I still felt pretty good, then I
started getting migrane headaches. I started taking lots of medication for
those and soon developed an ulcer. I started having pain in my joints. My
cholestrol was up, my blood pressure was elevated and I just felt horrible and
tired all the time. I started putting on more weight. Before I knew it, I was
overweight. I didn't feel good and I didn't look good. I was eating my
feelings and it wasn't working for me. I decided to take matters into my own
hands and make some changes. I started off by completely changing my diet.
I started eating healthier. I decided to take it another step by becoming a
vegetarian. This was very hard for me, but I stuck with it. I lost a few lbs and
started feeling better. Then, I decided to give up all dairy products. This
made such a huge difference for me! I didn't have as many headaches and I
lost 10 lbs. I was feeling even better! Next I decided I needed to add in
exercise. I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam and I thought - why not give it a
try. BOY, I WAS HOOKED! I love my Turbo Jam!! turbo Jam was just what I
needed to get motivated to exercise. Now, I was starting to tone up and I lost
a few more lbs. I have done several of the Beachbody workouts - Project You,
Slim in 6, Power 90 and P90X and Hip Hop Abs. I really like them all, but
Turbo Jam is my favorite. Turbo Jam has great music, is so much fun, I don't
even feel like I am working out. For the first time in my life, I look forward to
working out. I still have a little more to go to get to my goal weight, but I
know that by eating a healthy diet and exercising with Beachbody products,
that I will soon be there!! Hip Hop Abs is helping my problem area - the abs -
shrink. P90X is making my arms look amazing for the first time ever.

I am now off all medications and I don't suffer from headaches anymore. My
joints don't ache and I feel GREAT!!! I have so much energy, it really is a
transformation!! Beachbody has been a lifesaver. Now that I am a Beachbody
coach, I can't wait to share this information with everyone! I want them to
have the same success that I have had!!
