Hi! Once upon a time, I was a very athletic and even worked in the fitness industry. (waaay back in the day). I now have a desk job where I work any where from 55 to 60 hours per week. (Whew!) I've managed to keep my weight somewhat under control but I'm not a "somewhat" type of person. I'm looking to get strong, lean and ripped! I have done Turbo Jam off and on for the past 3 years but when my work schedule gets hectic, my workout schedule lags behind. My son has P90X (which I borrow frequently) and I've purchased Chalean Extreme just recently as a birthday gift to myself. I'm joining Team Beachbody in search of helpful information and more motivation to achieve my goal of getting lean and ripped! After I reach that goal, my next is to become a coach and help others reach their fitness goals.
