I am pretty active, and currently track calories consumed (most days...). I play coed softball twice a week (double-headers each day), and field hockey will be starting on 9/14. I golf whenever possible on the weekends. For fitness, I run outside 1-3 times a week, and just started doing Turbo Jam.

I work full-time and am going to grad school part-time. I try to eat healthy during the week,

I started counting calories around the spring/summer of 2006, and have lost a total of 20 pounds. Last year (July 2007), I got down to 134.4, but then started enjoying my new relationship and found More...
I started counting calories around the spring/summer of 2006, and have lost a total of 20 pounds. Last year (July 2007), I got down to 134.4, but then started enjoying my new relationship and found myself at 142 in June 2008. Back on the wagon again (counting calories in addition to my regular exercise), I'm getting back down to an "ok" weight, but I'd really like to get down to a "healthy BMI" weight of 127.

In mid-august, 2008, I hit 134.8 pounds. Over the past few weeks, I have enjoyed beer, cake, and wine while celebrating my birthday, my mom's birthday, and the labor day weekend. I'm up to 138, but I believe that a lot of it is hold-over and I'll be back to around 135 in a few days.

I started Turbo Jam at the end of August, and am going to count today as DAY 1 for all of my tracking. I am excited to see my progress over the next few months!
